Terms of Service

Welcome to Judged App (“App”), owned and operated by Judged App. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Judged App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, available here:
Apple Standard EULA: You may not sublicense, distribute, or modify the App or any part of its content.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to: Use the App only for lawful and intended purposes. Not misuse, manipulate, or misrepresent AI-generated responses or expert advice. Not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the App. Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

3. AI Guidance Disclaimer

Judged App provides AI-driven insights for home maintenance and troubleshooting. AI suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not replace professional inspection or repair services. You remain fully responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on AI suggestions.

4. Expert Consultation Feature

The App may offer chat-based consultations with independent home service professionals (“Experts”). Experts are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Judged App. We do not control, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of any Expert’s advice or services. You acknowledge that any engagement with an Expert is at your own discretion and risk.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require an active subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All payments are handled securely through your App Store account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s App Store settings. We do not process or store your payment details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including but not limited to designs, code, logos, trademarks, text, and images—is the exclusive property of Judged App. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any materials without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Judged App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI or Expert suggestions. Loss of data, revenue, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms, or Misuse or abuse the App or its services. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
You agree to resolve disputes through competent courts in your jurisdiction.
